Birth Support

Childbirth Education Classes

Before creating this course, I completed a 3-month doula program, read LOTS of birth books, soaked up every resource I could, and asked the Holy Spirit what mamas truly need. I prayed, studied, and listened — and the Lord gave me the names of each class and the direction for what should be taught.

Here’s a simple look at what each class is all about:

Class 1: Alpha & Omega™

This class is called Alpha & Omega because we cover the beginning and the end of the birth journey. You’ll learn what to expect before labor starts, what happens in the hours and days after baby arrives, and how to prepare your body, heart, and spirit ahead of time.

What we cover:

  • Birth terms explained in simple language

  • A gentle, clear look at female anatomy

  • What happens before labor begins

  • What to expect right after birth

  • How to prepare your birth team

  • Important decisions to be made for baby directly after birth (delayed cord clamping, vitamin k, newborn procedures, etc.)

  • Encouraging your husband in his role

  • Intro to breastfeeding

  • Practical + spiritual preparation for breastfeeding and postpartum

Class 2: Rock of Ages & Stages™

This class is called Rock of Ages & Stages because we look at what the Rock of Ages says about birth and how He designed the body. We walk through each stage of labor and talk about how to prepare — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What we cover:

  • God’s design for birth

  • What Scripture says about birth

  • Birth hormones and how they work

  • The stages of labor (a medical model and a holistic model)

  • How to prepare for each stage

  • Staying grounded + confident through labor

Class 3: Preparation for Transformation™

This class is all about the hands-on tools you’ll use during labor. Simple, doable, confidence-building practices you can take straight into birth.

What we cover:

  • Breathing techniques

  • Comfort measures for every stage

  • Helpful labor positions

  • Partner support

  • Prayer + releasing fear

  • Final preparation for a Spirit-led, supernatural birth

A Note on Support

I do not replace your medical provider. My role is to walk alongside you and your birth team — helping you feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout your birth experience.

This support is not about achieving a perfect birth.

It’s about preparing your heart, your mind, and your body to meet birth with faith and surrender.
